Chocolate Bundt Cake

The Perfect Chocolate Bundt Cake
2 cups sugar
1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup Cocoa
1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1-1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup boiling water
Stir together sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder,
baking soda and salt in large bowl.
Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla
beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Stir in boiling water (batter will be thin).
Pour batter into prepared pan.

Spray your Bundt pan with Pam.
Bake 50 to 55 minutes at 350.
If you are using a non-stick pan - bake at 325
Cool for about 10 minutes then remove cake from pan.
Cool completely.
Cream Cheese Frosting

8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
1 stick of unsalted butter at room temperature
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Place cream cheese in a medium mixing bowl.
Using a rubber spatula, soften cream cheese.
Add butter a little at a time,
and continue beating until smooth and well blended.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla and continue beating until smooth.
Then, put your icing into a cake decorating bag
and pipe it onto your cake.
You can also use a quart freezer bag (thicker)
and cut a small hole in the corner.

That's what I do!

I think bundt cakes are so fun to make
and bring a something fun to the table.
On this cake I added sprinkles, but you can add bows and flowers
to the middle to cover the hole.
