Blog Swap with The Buzz and Giveaway

Hey Ladies! I am blog swapping today with Honey Bee Buzz
so when you get done reading their post -
Buzz on over to mine!
Show them some love!

Hi Every Crafty Endeavor Readers!!!

This is Melissa

and Tiffany

From Honey bee buzz

We’re so glad to be blog swapping with Amanda. She is really creative and super nice! We love to check out her blog for great ideas.

Here is a little bit about our blog. We like to share some of our favorite recipes. (YUM!)

Delicious Egg Custard

Mom’s famous Chocolate Chip cookies

We also try to post some of our projects. We try and do some fun/inexpensive crafts. We both have little boys at home so they keep us busy, but Tiffany is able to crochet lately

And Melissa has been able to get some crafting in here and there.

We’d also like to share this easy tutorial with you on how to make a

Scrubby Heart Dishcloth

My mother in law, Hope, showed me how to make these. I love her creative ideas!

The first thing you need to do is gather your supplies. You will need green scotch pads. You can buy them in bulk large pads at Sam’s Club if you want to make a bunch of these. You don’t need the ones with the yellow sponge on it; Just the green part.

Cut out a heart from your scotch pads. I ironed on wonder under previously and had a couple of extra hearts leftover for this tutorial.

You will need to buy washcloths. You can get them in packs from Wal-Mart or Target.

I then ironed on the heart to the washcloth in a corner.

Once you have the heart ironed on,
you want to use a zig-zag stitch and stitch the scrubby in place.

After you have stitched around the entire thing,
you will need to fold it so you can attach the saying.

First, fold it in half. Then, flip it over and fold the points in. When you flip it back over, it should be in a square. Then you can just pinch together the top, tie with a string or ribbon and attach the saying.

I’m a little dish rag
As you can plainly see,
Look in my corner and
You’ll see my specialty
There is a little scrubby
In a special kind of shape
To help you get the leftovers
Off your dinner plate.

The best part about this tutorial is of course, a GIVEAWAY!
We want to thank Amanda for blog swapping by giving her AND

I love that dish cloth - what a smart idea!! Love the shirt, too! I have done a few of those myself and have my eye on a few more - it's fun to make something you won't see on anyone else :)

My kitchen isn't really my kitchen it's borrowed from my Mother In Law, but it's white with brown cabinets! If I had it my way it'd probably be pink. XD

Believe it or not, my kitchen isn't a specific color. I have blues, browns, white. I like the multi-color theme. :) Love this idea!
