Nursery Glider Redo

I love when you get lucky and score big
and that is exactly what happened when I found this awesome glider
at the thrift store for $25 Bucks!
Score!

It was in perfect condition - not one thing wrong with it.
It glides so smooth and is really comfy!

I wasn't totally sold on the color but that is nothing a
little ole' can of Rustoleum Heirloom White can't solve!

Isn't it amazing what a little can of paint can do?

I took the cushions off and brought them to the dry cleaner and they did their thing for $10 - The cushions sort of became all crumpled inside the fabric so I unpicked the bottom, straightened them out and restitched it back together.
As good as new!

This was an awesome find because the green matches the green in the bedding that I bought!
Double Score!

All together I am into it for about $50 -
Triple Score!

I love it and cannot wait to rock another tired baby to sleep.

Very inspiring re-do! I recently inherited a glider rocker. It's also that same wood tone. The previous owner recovered the chair pads but they aren't very comfy. This inspires me to do some makeover magic of my own. Thanks.
