Making a House Our Home: Part 3

Welcome Back to my “before the remodel” home tour!

If you need to catch up you can go to part one and part two.

I am actually quite impressed that you came back after seeing that wonderful toilet! haha.
I have heard a few comments saying they are excited to see the “afters” – trust me, they are coming!

But first – Lets go upstairs!

Welcome to the hallway! This picture was taken after some demolition in the bathroom but I wanted you to see the before -

To your left is the family bathroom -

Are you digging the wood toilet seat. If wood absorbs bacteria the way I hear it does – I am completely grossed out. We are potty training our little boy so now the whole tile wall doesn’t seem like such a bad idea!

At the end of the hallway you can go left or right – we will go right (and save the master for tomorrow!).
There are two rooms on the right (and a linen closet but I have not one picture of it!) – this one:

and this one! Remember when sunflowers were the “thing!”

Do you like how every single room I have shown you so far has a different color carpet? and tile?

We are getting closer to the changes!

PS. Remember to enter the “My Readers are Rock Stars” giveaway.

Wow! That sunflower room is awesome! You should have kept it the way it is. Just kidding! I can't wait to see the afters!

Ha ha - I forgot all about the sunflowers! How funny....I think you should have left them, that way when they 'come back in style', you'll be ahead of everyone else! :)

Whoa. I have only seen the house after all the work you two have done (beautiful by the way). I had no idea it was so horrifying in the beginning! You guys have vision, that's for sure!

Oh my gosh this house is just great! lol I hope you got a good deal on it for all the work you had to do.

P.S. I love the comment about the tile wall being a good thing. SO true!
