Yummy and Easy Fruit Dip

With summer coming – it is time to bust out the yummy fruit trays -
But let’s be real – I enjoy this yummy and easy fruit dip all year long!

There is always an awesome fruit in season and I am always ready with my fruit dip!

and trust me when I say – “This is super easy to make!” because it is!

here – I will show you:

You only need 2 ingredients – marshmallow cream and strawberry yogurt – smooth style.

Be careful when you open the marshmallow cream – it has a tendency to puff out.

(mmmmmm…. marshmallow cream……)

Then you scoop as much marshmallow as you want into a bowl. Here I used about half the bottle.

Then you scoop in half the amount of yogurt as you did marshmallow.
(i.e. if I use a cup of marshmallow I would use 1/2 a cup of yogurt.)

Then you mix it all up. Don’t worry it will be lumpy because of the marshmallow. And then put in your fridge to sit over night. I know. I know. It’s not a “right now” dip – but trust me! It is so worth the wait!

Magically overnight the yogurt eats at the marshmallow and smooths it out.
So the next morning you just need to whip it up and make it a bit frothy and then your done!

Enjoy! (I know you will!)

Sounds yummy! I'll have to try it out! I made one up the other day with Cool whip, peach puree, and strawberry jam. Totally just using what I had, but it turned out insanely good!

Yum-0. I have to try this one. I use cool whip instead of marshmallow cream. I never thought to use that but it sounds ten times yummier than cool whip. Your pineapple top on the fruit tray is so fun. It looks so yummy. (not the pineapple top) the fruit He he he. You've got me excited for summer fruits.

Sounds yummy! We do one with marshamllow creme, creme cheese and toffice bits ... not as good for you as this recipe, but very yummy also! Sounds like a good recipe for this summer for the lake weekends! Thanks!
