Oh Amanda! You had me at Molasses! These sound heavenly. I have a question for you though - do I need to use margarine or can I use butter? I hope this does not sound snobbish, but I never buy margarine. I grew up on it, but my hubby never had anything but butter and that is what we have in the house. Of course, for these cookies, I am willing to go buy it but if I can use butter, then I already have all the ingredients and I can make the NOW! LOL Thanks for the recipe!

I made some of these on another blog I found but they had you roll on sugar before baking, I thought it would be really tasty with a little glaze, I am going to have to give it a try!
